Mish-mash (Bulgarian cuisine): Mish-mash (Bulgarian: Миш-маш) is a Bulgarian spring dish made with fresh vegetables (usually tomatoes, peppers and onions), eggs and sirene (which is a type of brined cheese from the Balkans) often garnished with freshly cut parsley.
There are variations in which garlic, green onions, eggplant, okra or carrots are added to the dish. There are variants without siren and without onion as well.
