Macaronade : Une macaronade est un plat de macaronis (Voir Macaronis) servis avec de la viande de bœuf longuement mijotée avec de la tomate ou encore des paupiettes brageoles.
On peut faire une macaronade avec du poisson en daube ou des fruits de mer ou des crustacés (crabes, langoustines, gambas,…).
Pour cette macaronade, les macaronis sont cuits dans un bouillon safrané....
