Kalamay (Filipino cuisine): Kalamay is a popular dessert in many parts of the Philippines. It is made with sticky rice or rice flour, coconut milk, grated coconut, brown sugar, margarine, and sometimes peanut butter or vanilla. Vegetable or coconut oil prevents the dessert from sticking to the dish.
