Kadhi (Indian cuisine): The dish named kadhi (or karhi) is an Indian yogurt curry. It consists of a thick sauce made from chickpea flour and contains vegetable fritters called pakora. Yogurt is added to it to give it a slightly sour taste.
It is often eaten with boiled rice or roast.
