Jhalmuri (Indian cuisine): Jhalmuri (Bengali: ঝালমুড়ি, Odia: ଝାଲ ମୁଢ଼ି) is a popular Bengali and Odia street food snack, consisting of puffed rice and an assortment of spices, vegetables, chanacur (also called Bombay mix) and mustard oil.
