Haslet (English cuisine): In British English, haslet (or acelet) is a herbed pork meatloaf originating from the county of Lincolnshire in England.
The word is derived from the Old French hastilles meaning entrails. In Lincolnshire, haslet is usually made with stale white bread, minced pork, sage, salt and black pepper.
