Germknödel (Austrian cuisine): Germknödel is a gnocchi (Knödel) of soft leavened dough, filled with spiced plum jam and served with melted butter and a mixture of poppy seeds and sugar on top. It is sometimes - although less traditional - served with a vanilla sauce.
