Genfo (Ethiopian cuisine): Genfo (also called ga'at or akelet) is an Ethiopian product similar to porridge which is made into a paste, soaked in a mixture of butter and red peppers, or pulses or oilseeds such as such as sunflower seeds (or other seeds), walnuts and flax.
Genfo is made with barley flour or soft wheat flour.
