Fondant (confectionery) : Little known to new generations, the candy fondant is a treat to discover or rediscover. With its melting heart, its crunchy crust and its authentic flavors, it pleases young and old alike.
Cooked in cauldron de copper, hand-poured and made from quality products, the melting candies that I offer you are completely original, and for the most part, unique in France.
With honey, plants, fruits..., the flavors are very varied but always based onaromas et extracts natural.
Fondants are made without coloring or with colorants of natural origin and without added preservatives.

Candy made from alcohol is not alcoholic because the alcohol evaporates during cooking.
– fondant candies miel : miel de fir, lemon and honey, with honey and eucalyptus, honey and propolis (*), honey and chestnut, honey and Hazelnut.
– melting plant candies: mint, Chartreuse, verveine, genepi, violets, lavender.
– fondant fruit candies: memories of Cassis fruit, blueberry, apple, pear, cerise.
(*) Propolis: Reddish gum that bees collect on the scales of chestnut and willow buds and use to seal the cracks of hives and fix wax cakes.
