Es teler (Indonesian cuisine): Es teler is an Indonesian fruit cocktail. Avocado, coconut meat, grass jelly, jackfruit and other fruits are served with coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, pandan leaves (normally as coconut syrup coconut and pandanus juice), sugar and a small amount of salt.
This cocktail, created by Murniati Widjaja, won a competition to propose a national drink for Indonesia in 1982.
