Egg brioche : The brioche egg is a œuf placed in a Parisian brioche from which the round head has been removed, then hollow out part of the crumb.
We put grated cheese beforehand. The egg is broken into the brioche, in which we add a little crème fraîche, salt and Pepper.
The brioche is baked in the oven for 12 to 15 twelve minutes, until the egg becomes Calf, but not more. Without filling, you can replace the head on the brioche once the egg is cooked.
