Krapfen: Krapfen is a German and Austrian donut, made from yeast dough, usually filled with apricot or raspberry jam, or even marzipan, served hot with custard or an apricot sauce.
Also called "Berlin ball" or "sedan", the Krapfen originated in Germany and Austria.
