Duck: The duck is the female duck, smaller but plumper than the male. Its flesh is finer and tastier, so it is preferred for roasts. The duck egg, with a sometimes dark greenish-white shell, weighs 80 to 120 g. Highly appreciated in the Far East, it should not only be eaten hard or cooked, as it often carries germs.
