Dabu-dabu (Indonesian cuisine): Dabu-dabu is a type of hot and spicy condiment commonly found in the manado cuisine of North Sulawesi, Indonesia.
The dabu-dabu consists of chopped red peppers, bird pepper, shallots, very red tomatoes and green tomatoes and a pinch of salt and sugar. All finely chopped and diced spices are mixed with fresh calamansi juice, locally known as jeruk kesturi.
