Creole sauce: Creole sauce is a sauce made from tomato, finely chopped onions, lemon juice, chilli, parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil.
All these ingredients are moistened with a broth (poultry or fish, depending on usage) which is infused for a long time before tasting.
Creole sauce is best served warm with poultry, fish or shellfish, rice or pasta.
