Cornuelle is a flat cake about a dozen centimeters wide. It forms an isosceles triangle whose center is pierced with a hole and whose edges are generally ribbed. This triangle therefore has three horns, which presumably give its name to the cake.
Cornuelle is traditionally eaten around Palm Sunday, generally.
