Corniotte (pastry): Corniotte is a Burgundian and Bresse pastry specialty.
It is also found in neighboring Franche-Comté.
It is a triangular tartlet with a shortcrust base and a mixture of milk, egg yolk and sugar, flavored with orange blossom water.
The corniotte also exists in a cheese (comté) version.
