Chocart: A chocart is a large puff pastry turnover, filled with a thick pippin apple marmalade, flavored with cinnamon and lemon zest.
The chocarts (or choquarts), which are eaten hot, are a specialty of Yffiniac (Côtes-d'Armor department in the Brittany region), where pastry chefs prepare them in large quantities for the "chocarts festival" which has traditionally held in November.
