Cappelletti (pasta): Cappelletti are Italian pasta originating in Emilia Romagna. Cappelettis ("little hats" in Italian) are ravioli of a particular shape. They are traditionally stuffed with minced meat and served in broth (brodo in Italian).
The stuffing varies according to family traditions, but the shape of the cappelletti is always the same.
