Capellini (Italian cuisine): Capellini (literally "fine hair") are a variety of very fine Italian pasta made with wheat flour.
Description: Like spaghetti, they are shaped like chopsticks, and thinner than vermicelli. Capelli d'angelo or, in French, “angel hair”, are an even finer variation of capellini.
They can also be used as vermicelli in soup.
