Bündner Nusstorte (Swiss pastry): Bündner Nusstorte, also called Engadiner Nusstorte, is a traditional sweet pastry made from caramelized nuts (usually nut-based) from the canton of Grisons in Switzerland (See Canton Grisons map below).
The real Nusstorte was still widely available in the 1960s while it was invented in the 1920s. Today's Nusstorte which is associated with Graubünden has nuts which are still important...
