Briam (Greek cuisine): Briam (in Greek μπριάμ, word of Turkish origin) is a vegetarian Greek dish, made from vegetables simmered in the oven in olive oil.
It is a kind of baked vegetable salad, made with potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes and peppers. Some recipes also include eggplant or carrots.
