Bressane (pastry): Bressane is a flat pancake, made from brioche dough, which is sprinkled before cooking with a few knobs of butter and powdered sugar. It can then be garnished with pastry cream or apricot mumps.
Some garnish it with local fruits from Bresse (cherries, blueberries, etc.).
