Bobwhite quail: The bobwhite quail is a variety of partridge (family Phasianidae) native to North America and widespread in certain areas of tropical Africa.
Recently introduced in France, the bobwhite quail is on the list of species whose hunting is authorized; it has recently been bred.
Resembling the quail, it is prepared like it, just like its eggs.
