Bienville (oysters): Bienville oysters are a traditional dish from the cuisine of New Orleans (state of Louisiana, United States of America) made with oysters baked in a shrimp sauce. This dish is served in some of the city's renowned restaurants, such as the famous restaurant Arnaud, one of the largest Creole restaurants in New Orleans.
