Boulot (bakery): Boulot bread is a small country bread in the shape of a ball, hence its name.
The word "ball" to designate bread originates from Picardy, which gave rise to the word baker.
This bread is found especially in the regions of eastern France, such as Burgundy and Franche-Comté where a small town bears the name of Boulot.
