Flûte (bakery): A flute is a long, thin loaf, weighing approximately 200 g, intermediate between a baguette (250 g) and a ficelle (125 g).
The flute is generally made of a special bread dough (old-style flute, country or rustic flute), while the baguette is only made of white dough.
