Arrabiata (all '): The expression "all' arrabiata" (or arrabbiata) is used for Italian pasta in tomato sauce made with olive oil and especially finely chopped red peppers, crushed garlic and chopped onion, diced smoked pork or goose belly, parsley.
This fairly spicy sauce accompanies many varieties of pasta (penne, spaghetti, tagliatelle, ...).
