Aporreadillo (Mexican cuisine): Aporreadillo (or aporreado) is a typical dish of southwestern Mexican cuisine.
This dish consists of shredded meat (it is beaten with a stone), salted, grated, mixed with eggs and cooked in guajillo pepper, árbol pepper or serrano pepper sauce, with garlic and coriander .
It can be composed of beef or venison, dried and salted, or of cecina.
It comes with rice and beans for breakfast...
