Kachamak (Serbian cuisine): Kachamak is the name of a Serbian and Bulgarian dish made from yellow corn. It is the equivalent of Italian polenta or Romanian mămăligă.
This dish is mainly served with sir/sirene, a cheese in brine or pieces of prăzhki (пръжки), fried bacon with the rind.
