Firifiri (Polynesian cuisine): The firifiri or donut with coconut milk is a Polynesian specialty that accompanies the traditional breakfast. The preparation of the dough mainly requires flour, sugar and coconut milk.
The firifiri are fried in an oil bath for 6 to 8 minutes before being drained. They are eaten hot and go very well with other Polynesian dishes.
