Feqqas (Moroccan cuisine): Feggas (or feqqas, Arabic: فقاص) is a dry Moroccan cake. It is made with eggs, sugar, flour and yeast to which almonds and/or raisins can be added. This cake is very widespread because its ingredients are not expensive in Morocco and therefore all categories of society can afford it.
Feggas is usually served with mint tea.
