Languedoc hotpot: Languedoc hotpot is a traditional dish from Languedoc (a region in the south of France).
This hotpot is made of smoked sausages, smoked bacon and various vegetables (green or white cabbage, carrots, turnips and potatoes).
In order to blend the flavors, they are first cooked together. This hotpot is served drizzled with its broth. This can also be used to make a soup with slices of stale bread.
