Gun (Belgian cuisine) : The gun is a little bread from Brussels in milk, round to dough very light et crunchy, split with a slight furrow; round or elongated rolls are also called "pistol" in other regions of the Belgium.
Traditionally garnished de butter et jam au Breakfast Sunday morning, the gun replaced for many the tartine that we take with us for the meal midday.
In this case, we garnish it – or we make it garnish or load (…) by the butcher – of butter, cheese, rawness, delicatessen (pastry, flange, sausage), American (minced meat de beef flood et seasoned) or hachis de porc.
