Friendliness: "Conviviality" is a term adopted in the 1970s by the language of sociology to designate the satisfaction experienced by several people in being together, and which manifests itself in particular by the pleasure of sharing a meal.
In all traditions, the common meal is a fundamental social act, which is often accompanied by symbols of welcome, especially in Middle Eastern and Russian civilizations. We welcome a stranger by sharing bread and salt, offering a cup of tea. This special moment creates obligations and rights
mutual: the host protects his guest, but the guest respects the rules of the one who receives him and must not betray his trust. In all societies, each circumstance of life, happy or unhappy, each religious or social event is celebrated with a meal, a distribution of sweets and various provisions.
