Wine aromas: nm pl. Aromas are those perfumes that the wine draws from the grape variety and the soil that nourishes it, whatever the year or the climate.
We will note in passing the logical presence of a circumflex accent on the o of aroma which represents the perfume which is exhaled from the circle of the bung, the neck of the bottle or the glass. But there is no circumflex accent on the aromatic adjective, which nevertheless comes from aroma.
