Mondeuse blanche: Mondeue blanche is a rare white grape variety, used in association with Altesse and Chardonnay for Roussette de Savoie hors Crus. Haute-Savoie finds in Mondeuse Blanche one of the oldest grape varieties planted in its vineyards. It is spotted throughout Savoie and Ain although its cultivation is underdeveloped. Barely 5 ha of vineyards are planted with this variety.
