Garrigue: nf The scrubland is the typical vegetation of the Mediterranean environment planted with boxwood, juniper, thyme, rosemary, lavender and sage.
Its evocation evokes heat, aromatic smells, song of cicadas. In the family of aromas, the scents of garrigue are classified in
the spicy series with bay leaf, pepper, thyme and nutmeg.
Two grape varieties evoke this particular taste of the garrigue:
