Salers (liqueur): Salers is a gentian liqueur from the Massif Central, distilled in Turenne (Corrèze) with yellow gentian from Auvergne.
The name appearing on the labels is “Salers Gentiane”, but the current designation is “la Salers”.
It is part of the so-called bitter liqueurs.
