Préparation : Deux baguettes sont placées parallèlement sur le verre de bière et le verre à shot est placé dessus.Le buveur claque la table avec ses poings, faisant tomber le saké dans la bière. Il doit être bu immédiatement.Très populaire au Japon où le buveur peut compter jusqu'à trois en japonais, " ichi ... ni ... san ... ...
