Pear juice: Pear juice is a non-alcoholic drink made from pears. This fruit juice, served cold, is usually thick and cloudy.
By fermentation of pear juice, we obtain perry. Pear juice is also the basis for the production of Swiss cooked wine as well as Birnenhonig, a thick syrup from central Switzerland.
Pear juice is also an ingredient in Liège syrup.
