Moscato passito di Pantelleria: Moscato passito di Pantelleria is a wine with controlled designation of origin (DOC) produced on the island of Pantelleria, in the province of Trapani, Sicily, Italy.
This wine must have a minimum alcohol level of 14% and 110 g/l of residual sugars. It is made from bunches of raisined grapes. The only grape variety authorized is zibibbo, the local name for muscat of Alexandria.
