Mojito: The mojito (pronounced [moˈxito] in Spanish, or mojito, morito, or mohito in French), is a traditional cocktail of Cuban cuisine and Cuban culture, made with rum, soda or lemonade, lemon green, and very fresh mint leaves.
Inspired by the mint julep, and a variant of the Antilles ti-punch, daiquiri, and cuba libre, it was born in Cuba in the Caribbean in the 1910s (of which it is to this day an international exotic emblem).
