Marc de Bourgogne: Marc de Bourgogne is an eau-de-vie made from the distillation of grape marc. It benefits from a controlled designation of origin since a decree of March 17, 2011.
With a minimum alcohol content of 40% by volume, it comes from the distillation in the still of the gene removed from the press after pressing: grape skins, seeds, stalks (wood and tail of the bunch). The sweeter "marc égrappé" is produced with grapes from which the stalks have been removed.
