Vin de marc : locut. Un vin de marc est un vin obtenu en ajoutant de l'eau et du sucre au résidu du pressurage (le marc).
On dit indiféremment vin de marc ou piquette. Voir pour ce dernier mot (piquette) le dictionnaire Argot de bouche....
