Lambig: Lambig is one of the names given to a cider brandy made in Brittany. Also called locally "Fine Bretagne", gwinardant, odivi or lagout, it is the Breton equivalent of gout in the rest of western France, and more precisely of the AOC of calvados (or calva), in Normandy.
Marketed, it generally contains 40% alcohol. It is used in cooking, as a digestive, more rarely as an aperitif.
