Kopstoot (Dutch alcoholic beverage): A Kopstoot (in French: coup de tête) is a beer with a young juniper served on the side, so in separate glasses.
The name already indicates that this combination can pack a punch. It is mainly drunk in the Netherlands and to a lesser extent in Belgian pubs. The intention is first to knock down the juniper in a single sip.
