Grand Cru: locut. In the AOC system, the Grand Cru designation is official and strictly regulated in four regions:
- in Champagne, it applies to wines from communes classified as 100%. Grapes from a Grand Cru classified terroir are paid at 100% of the reference price established at each harvest.
