Frankenthal N: The Frankenthal N grape variety is a black German wine and table grape variety. Frankenthal N, also called Chasselas de Jerusalem, Trollinger, or Gros Bleu, or Prince Albert, is a black German grape variety close to Chasselas Noir grown in the Palatinate region and in Baden-Württemberg. It takes its name from the town of Frankenthal. It is mainly a table grape (formerly used as a table grape in Belgium and the Netherlands), but it is also used in winemaking.
