Legal definition: The controlled designation of origin “Fine de Bourgogne” refers to eaux-de-vie that have been aged in wood for at least three years. It was defined by decree no. 2011-283 of March 17, 2011.
Fine de Bourgogne should not be confused with Marc de Bourgogne which is a marc.
